CONTRACT CLEANING

The Contract Cleaning service option focuses on providing you with a contract rate that will fit the high-quality service you receive. Our Cleaning staff are professionally trained and experienced to handle any cleaning demands that may arise.

DEEP CLEANING

A deep clean procedure comprises of predetermined steps and involves the use of specialised equipment, chemicals and systems that are essential to obtain desired results. Deep cleans are performed daily in food processing facilities and must be performed often in other food related business settings to ensure food safety risks are minimised.

Deep cleaning refers to an intensified cleaning process which involves the stripping/disassembly of machinery and equipment in order to access areas that are hard to reach during a normal cleaning procedure. This process is time intensive and usually requires a halt in production to ensure sufficient time is available to perform the procedure effectively.

Our deep clean procedures are audited and adhere to the highest standards.

WINDOW CLEANING

MACHINE SCRUBBING

A floor scrubber not only uses less water, thereby allowing the floor to dry more quickly, but also leads to a more efficient clean than what a traditional mop and bucket can offer. DUST CONTROL – MATTING

SPECIALISED CLEANING

Whether you need a high-power toilet deep cleaning, mattress cleaning  and sanitizing,  bed-bug pest eradication, steam cleaning to remove heavy dirt and grime, or kitchen canopy cleaning, CMTN PROJECTS provides specialized services that will please even the most demanding customers.

  • Extraction Canopy Cleaning: CMTN PROJECTS does an entire cleaning of the extraction canopy.
  • Filter Cleaning: CMTN PROJECTS removes and cleans the filters and assesses if a new replacement is required.
  • Duct Cleaning: The grease is removed from the vertical and horizontal connecting ducts, where possible.
  • Extraction Fan & Outlet: CMTN PROJECST will check and clean the fan motor, blades, fan housing, outlet and weather cowl, increasing the extraction efficiency and preventing burn out. The efficiency (airflow) of the fan and outlet is tested on completion of the clean.
  • Cleaning Certificates: CMTN PROJECTS Kitchen Canopy and Canopy Filter Cleaning Division will issue a cleaning certification on completion of the service, stating the date of the service, service procedure and next due date. These certificates are required by the Fire Department, Health Department and Insurance companies for inspection.
  • Mattress Cleaning– bed bugs and blood stains.
